Q: How long does it usually take to deliver an order?
A: In the age of Covid, we’re seeing about 4-6 days for delivery, ± 2 days. From the actual data we have, most orders get delivered within 4 days regardless. Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
Q: How do I track the status of my order?
A: Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive a tracking number along with an URL within 2-5 days. You can use that URL to track your order.
Q: I didn’t receive tracking number and it's still processing?
A: You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 days of your purchase or when it’s dispatched.
Q: Why is it my order showing up on the tracking page?
A: Orders that haven’t been shipped or scanned by the shipping company won’t show up on the tracking package please allow 3 to 5 business days for this information to appear.
Q: I only received one of the items in my order, where is the rest?
A: Web orders can come from multiple warehouses, if you only received part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on your other goods as they ship.
Q: Will you keep my credit card information on file?
A: No, we don’t store your payment instrument’s details on our website. All your payment information is handled by our payment’s provider RazorPay.
Q: Can I use an online credit in Store?
A: Unfortunately, Bike shark’s online credits can only be used on www.bikeshark.in , and cannot be used in store

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: All sales at Bikeshark, bikeshark.in are final. Considering the uniqueness of our offering, we won’t be able to provide option for any exchange or refund.
We can surely support if it’s a genuine size exchange (subject to availability).
You’ll have to inform us within a week after receiving the order regarding size exchange. If we don’t have your size, we can provide store credit.
All Discounted products and Heat products don’t have a size exchange option available or any kind of refund/return. They are final sale items.
